I have always found something beautiful about staircases. When I tinkered with photography I was drawn to the angles and shapes of stairs. As a writer, I heartily agree with the concept of zigzagging. A story that goes straight from point A to point B is not captivating like the unexpected twists and turns. This is what inspires me.

The zigzagging lines in the poster for Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival seem to represent the many different stories of the amazing movies competing this year. I hope to show support to our local filmmakers and to the Filipino film industry with this post:http://angelocrux.wordpress.com/2014/07/28/cinemalaya-2014/

How true. Meandering trails or taking side roads instead of highways often lead to interesting experiences, lovely photo opts, and sometimes interesting people as well.
