Don’t let the title stop you, even if you do not have fibromyalgia.  Debbie Baumgarten addresses chronic fatigue, chronic illness, lupus, Lyme disease and so much more.  I was honored when Debbie sent me a free copy of her book because my sister is diagnosed with fibromyalgia.  My aunt died of Lupus.  My neighbor has Lyme disease.  I also have chronic illness but wanted to read it to help myself as well. I was taught that if your body is no at ease you are having a DIS-EASE.

This book is a synopsis of what Debbie diagnosed by Mayo Clinic in 2000, through trial and error helped improve her symptoms.  Debbie wishes to save all of you time and money and connect you to resources that can help you speed your recovery.  Debbie talks about every symptom in detail and their co- -existing conditions. They include:

A compromised Immune system

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Restless Leg Syndrome

The daily grind will not help you as you “have to” deal with your illness.  You will be in pain, tired, depressed, have to work and care for others.  Debbie gives you a way to take baby steps to address your condition you choose to start to deal with first.  You will have up days and down days but Debbie will let you email her for questions or any type of help.  She is very passionate about advocating with or without drugs for helping you one day be free of what you have.  Many people go into depression because of their endless daily duties, and chronic pain with other symptoms and Debbie gives many helpful tips, tricks, resources and websites for you to turn to. © 2015 Jackie Paulson

ABOUT DEBBIE  Debbie B photo for book

Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2000 at the Mayo Clinic, following many years of self abuse – smoking, excessive caffeine, poor and erratic sleep, combined with lots of stress – Debbie embarked on extensive research, study and visits to clinics to better understand her condition and to recover her health. After years of trials, she mapped her own way to a recovery of her health.

Considering all it took for her to find the answers to proper treatment and a recovery of her health, Debbie decided to write a series of books to make it easy for others to understand what is most important about health and to help those who are suffering with chronic illness.

Debbie founded Fibro-Free, to provide helpful information to those suffering from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue or Chronic Illness. Her book, “FIBROMYALGIA, Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Illness; Navigating through the confusion and lies and uncovering the real solutions to recover your health” is a summary of the best information and treatments to be able to recover from these debilitating syndromes and diseases.

She also founded HealthKick as a means of simplifying healthy living information and making it as easy as possible to eat and live using healthier habits. She wrote the book, “HealthKick, Easy Healthy Living Hacks” to accomplish this. The HealthKick website and blog is also packed full of information, with more added almost everyday.

Her next book, “Is Sugar Killing Me?, The Healthy Alternatives”, focuses more on the dangers of sugar consumption as a leading cause of obesity and thus obesity related diseases and disabilities. Here she investigates alternatives to sugar, exposing the dangers of artificial sweeteners and explaining the best options in natural sweeteners. She then founded Sin Free Desserts – – introducing a line of desserts that are: free of sugar, free of any artificial sweeteners, wheat and gluten free, additives and preservatives free, low in carbs, high in protein, high in fiber and contain good omega 3 oils. In other words, ways to indulge that are actually good for you.

While her loves are her husband, her dogs and her home and the Texas Hill Country, her passion is helping others, which she works at through her writing.
