“We need our worldview realigned by God’s inspired Word: All Scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching rebuking correcting and training in righteousness.”
This book won’t work magic or make your problems go away but Alcorn does hop God will use it to help you, regarding of the difficulties you do face. He offers us profound, moving, surprising insights that can feed our minds, warm our hearts, and give us the strength to face a world that is not what it once was, or what it one day will be. He hopes that this book will find help for you to life changing insights to share with others and be there in their greatest needs.
This book is very long and thought provoking. It is not one to sit and read in one week. After it arrived, I read it while I could, during work breaks, at home, just about everywhere. I took notes and I absorbed it like a sponge as it is one book that I could pass down to others but want to keep forever on my book shelves. If you are a Christian I highly recommend this book of any age group.
© 2014 Jackie Paulson received a free copy of this book from blogging for books in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Randy Alcorn!
